One of the major issues in mergers and acquisitions (or sales) is the impact on the culture of an organisation. In particular, ‘newly purchased employees' might question the ‘ethics' of the takeover and the way they are being treated. Your facilitator will assign students into small groups.

Your group task is to develop a methodology or approach to explore these issues in a newly acquired company, and note how the findings might impact or guide the integration of the different cultures. Think about what you would like the outcome of these methodologies to reveal, i.e. what answers are you looking for.
