1) for assignment one priya was struggling to finish the given task so her group members offered her to help,

2) weekly team meetings all went well but only once 2 other group members didn''t participate or given any prior information about their absence

3) again priya was struggling to find vendors one of the group member given information on how to approach companies and check their website and videos about the company

4) everybody participate in weekly meetings

5) there was proper communication among group members

6) in getting response from vendors we were one week behind the schedule but the team leader took initiative and gave a deadline to finish the project.

7) Regular email and whatsapp communication and updates about the progress about the project

8) all group members took responsibility to arrange meetings and send out meeting invitations to other group members and made meeting minutes
