Research is about - Occidental Oman

This assessment requires the student to choose ONE company in Oman and prepare a MO-word company case report on employment life cycle of an employee. Each student needs to investigate the people resourcing strategies in the employment life cycle using primary data through an interview with fIR specialist and secondary data from printed materials. The following information should be the contents of the Company Case report.

2. The literature review should include literature and studies related to people resourcing strategies. References should be from 2010 onwards.

4. Provide critical analysis on the roles of People resourcing strategies and activities In the employment life cycle in the chosen company.

5. The student will be responsible to get signed with the ethical form before conducting the assignment. And the form soft copy needs to be attached with the assignment.
