Question
The issue of homelessness and poverty is an increasingly urgent problem in my city and many others. The current solutions available are often inadequate, and do not provide enough resources to help people out of poverty. There is a need for more sustainable solutions that provide tailored resources and access to job training, education, and other opportunities to those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The homeless population and those at risk of homelessness typically have low incomes, lack of access to resources, and lack of education or skills training. My initial target market would be those living in my city and the surrounding areas, as I am familiar with the resources available and the needs of the local population.

7. How do they talk about it?

11. What emotions are driving their actions with respect to the problem?
12. How urgent is this problem?
13. Why is the problem worth solving in a new way?
