The journal postings are aimed at getting you to see the links between issues and concepts raised over different weeks' content, and therefore on getting you to make an intervention in topic, issue or debate that captures the concerns of the knit more widely.

The postings ask you to take a position (that is to make an informed judgment) on an issue of controversy relating to death and contemporary styles of dying.
