IED's are something that we in the military train on all the time on how to counter them and avoid them. IEDs have been an issue in the past with the War on Terrorism and it is still to this day being used. Just recently, after watching the news. The UN chief warns that use of IEDs is increasing globally. With the conflicts that have been happening worldwide becoming more urbanized and as armed groups proliferate, there has been call to have the nations work together to curb this threat. IEDs became very popular during the world on terrorism and their popularity is not going to go away any time seen. We just have to prepare to combat IEDs. make this into a more scholarly writing.
