Isabelle has gone through personal changes and used to be known as Bill. She advised her workplace manager of these changes beforehand so that her job was not jeopardised in any way and management advised she would have their full support. She has undergone numerous operations and is happy that she can now be herself. There are many work colleagues who have been supportive of Isabelle's personal changes, but she has also noticed that there are a few colleagues who have been talking behind her back and feels that she is being mocked by them. While she was going through her transformation, she mentioned this and raised her concerns to her manager but has not seen any changes occur in those behaviours in her workplace.

Isabelle used the female facilities today at her workplace and was yelled and laughed at by work colleagues who believe she should be using the male toilets. Isabelle is very distressed and upset and has come to speak to her supervisor about the situation. As Isabelle's supervisor, how could you resolve these issues effecting Isabelle and support her in the process?
