Topic: Is Virtual Learning effective for students? This assignment is geared towards providing direction and guidance for the major Phase II assignment. Writing a literature review is an important step in any research. Getting familiar with the search tools available for research is prerequisite. Use the Golden Library, ERIC, and Google Scholar to find three full-text articles to inform your proposed study. Chapter 5 in your text provides detailed instructions on utilizing ERIC and Google Scholar as well as a good overview of the literature review process. Use your Overview Chart feedback from Module 3 to identify 3 specific research studies within the last 15 years, which inform a theme or component of your topic. Provide a citation index (Cited by #) by copy/pasting the title into Google Scholar and recording the number of times the article is cited by others. Within educational and counseling research, a large number often indicates scholarly importance. If done well, this assignment will contribute to your future work on Phase II.
