Question - Video Games R Us, L.L.C. hires Lisa, who is 16 years of age, to create a new video game. Lisa signs an employment agreement for a term of 3 years. 2 weeks later, before she begins working for Video Games R Us, Lisa decides that she does not want to go through with the agreement and wants to work for Gamers Unite, L.L.C. She promptly notifies Video Games R Us of this fact.

Is Video Games's contract with Lisa enforceable? Why or why not?
