Question: Read the following article entitled, "Pink Think"by Lynn Peril. She creates a definition for pink think as a set of standards that women must adhere to due to the constraints of society. So for example, if a woman is genuinely scared of a spider, that is not pink think. She is scared. yet, it is considered Pink Think if she is not scared but pretends to be because that is how society thinks she should behave. Peril believes this way of thinking is detrimental to society.
For this assignment, 1) Consider her structure: is this a formal definition argument, operational definition argument, or a definition by example? Explain.
Then I want you to consider a different group (males, athletes, students, comic book fans, etc. . .come up with your own and be creative)
2) For that group you selected, come up with an original title (Blue Think)
3) Then come up with a set of criteria to establish the term
4) Then give me an example of someone who would fit that term and why.
