A 14-year-old eighth-grader in Nevada killed herself at home in a bathroom. She was bullied online and at school, and her mother was aware of the bullying. There were ongoing abuse reports that were made around the time of her death. There were 6 prior reports that dated back for 13 years; however, only 3 of the reports were actually investigated. Classmates made a fake Facebook page under her name and even posted rumors about her. She was receiving counseling.

Imagine you were a victim of bullying for the majority of your high school career. You suffered online and physical harassment.
