We are currently studing inference on population proportions and hypothesis testing for one and two proportions in our Statistics class. We must assume we are a fourth-grade teacher and we've saved extensive records of all our students for the past five years. Assume that our students are a sample of all fourth-graders in our state. For the question, we must state what test to use, how we would set up the data and the Ho/Ha if applicable, using full sentences.
