Now we see that the price per barrel of oil that fell so hard and the price at the pump had dropped so significantly may be rebounding. The views of analysts is mixed, some saying that these prices have bottomed out and will continue rebounding. Others indicate that inventories are still growing. Is there any market manipulation going on?
