Question: Suppose objective, universal human rights do exist. You can be denied your rights by others, and the law may claim that, in certain situations when you perform certain actions, that you forfeit your rights. But do you actually lose your right simply because it was denied you? Is the act of denying someone's right that same as taking one's right away?
