Ida, during her leisure time, made a model of her idea and showed it to management at Target. Later, Target, used the safety device, and as a result of the public response, enjoyed increased sales. Target refused to pay Ida claiming it had no contract with Ida. Target also proved that Ida was not employed by Target to do any design concept work. Ida claimed that Target benefited unjustly by her idea. Can Ida recover? If so, under what theory.
