Question: This is a part of case study:

It is a mid-size fitness equipment manufacturing plant. This company is facing this issue: Two managers have come to you and notified you that five female employees are filing a human rights complaint because they feel that they have been discriminated against. Three of the five female employees applied on a recent posting for a motor technician position and were not hired. The manager hired his next-door neighbor whom did not interview for the position, the manager felt that he knew the individual well enough. The managers have also complained that they cannot find qualified candidates in this hot employment market and do not have time to train unskilled employees.
