Assignment:
The possible impact of the natural environment on human health and wellbeing is gaining attention. The body of research supporting the particular and direct health or wellbeing advantages of outdoor activities over artificial settings hasn't been thoroughly examined, nevertheless (Bowler et al., 2010). Spending time in nature elevates positive emotions while lowering tension, anxiety, and rage. Thus, it is beneficial for mental wellness. Not only can being in nature improve your mental state of being, but it also improves your physical health by lowering your heart rate, blood pressure, muscular tension, and stress hormone production. An excellent environment for implementing physical fitness programs is found in nature.
Question:
Is duration of exposure to a natural setting is the key measure, or is it something related to the intensity of the experience? Is it enough to stand at the Grand Canyon, or do I have to hike down it?
