Case analysis.

Alan is rich but he is illegal resident in US. He owns three restaurant but under his relatives name. He is the really boss. In his Fourth restaurant he is one of the big shareholder, there are this more small shareholder are Mike and Alex. After one year, Alex and Mike want to open new their owe restaurant in other state. When Alan knows this, he is jealous and unhappy about Alex and Mike are going to have their own restaurant. Alan want to revenge Alex and Mike. He is going to open new restaurant in front of Alex and Mike's new restaurant. Now , Alex and Mike want to report to police that Alan is illegal resident. Should Alex and Mike report Alan is illegal resident. Alan is bad. He has so many restaurant but he is still jealous Alex and Mike have their own restaurant. (Additional Information: no one like Alan even his employees, he is mean to anyone). Is any good way to solve the problem? Should Alex and Mike report Alan is illegal resident?
