An Approval Process helps ensure that any changes that result from evaluating work are consistent with the organization's operations and directions- when is this process effective and when can it fail. Please support your answers.

What do you think about involving employees in compensation decisions. Are there any compensation decisions which employees should be involved in? Which should they not be involved in? Please support your answers.

Why are there different approaches to Job Evaluation? Think of a two different organizations (from the convenience store down the street to the multinational firm downtown). Select two (real) organizations and share your thoughts on the approach you believe they would use for job evaluation.
