Suppose that you would like to investigate a new stress management technique for a group of students or clients at an agency. You decide that you will try out the technique with one group and you will use 2 other groups to compare group differences. The 2nd group will receive mindfulness training and the 3rd group will receive progressive muscle relaxation training.
