Assessment Description
Students will form groups of 3 or 4 and be assigned with an existing corporate for strategic analysis. Each group need to critically evaluate the corporate's current business and IS strategies and to design a strategic IS plan that would improve the strategic alignment and performance of the corporate.
The report should be presented by the following structure:
Introduction of the corporate in analysis
Evaluate corporate's current market position
Analyze the effectiveness of current IS strategies of the corporate
Provide recommendations to improve the strategic alignment and performance of the corporate.

During session 8, each group should prepare a 10-minute presentation in class.
