The leadtime to order Part A from an outside supplier is 2 weeks. The leadtime to order Part B from an outside supplier is 1 week. The leadtime to produce Part C in-house is 4 weeks. You currently have no inventory of finished widgets and no inventory of Part A, Part B, or Part C.
