Individual Presentation: This Is How You Do It - Inventory Management Strategies
You will begin working on your M5.2 individual PowerPoint assignment. You have been tasked by the CEO of the organization to create a PowerPoint presentation for the company's stakeholders that describes the inventory management tools and techniques available to the organization and that also gives your recommendation of the best techniques to use to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
You will create a PowerPoint which you will present via Zoom. Your presentation should include the following:
- An explanation of the inventory tools and techniques for managing inventory.
- An explanation of the features of at least three inventory management models.
- A description of how you will assemble your team and which job titles you would include.
- A summary of how the team will assess the objective of how the system and process can be improved.
- A list of potential or real problem areas and your risk management solutions that need to be developed.
- A flow diagram or illustration describing the current inventory process.
- Details on how you will integrate all inventory management systems in the business.
- An action plan recommendation for the company.
