Founded by Kathy Kudler June 18, 1998 Kudler Fine Foods is a specialty food store located in the San Diego Metropolitan area with three locations in La Jolla, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Kudler Fine Foods inventory include perishable foods that need to be properly tracked such as fresh bakery and pastries, fresh produce, meat and seafood, condiments and other packaged foods, and cheeses and specialty dairy products. It is important that the company keep track of their inventory in order to ensure they are constantly offering products that are fresh and not outdated. It is also important to track their inventory in order to keep up with customer demands and when to order more or less of a certain product.
