4. Align the tasks of the Job Description to the Job Evaluation

  • Benchmark Key result areas appropriate to responsibilities and outcomes
  • Benchmark Salary range across the sector
  • Search and apply findings to J0b Evaluation of the position

5. Determine the most effective Professional Development

  • Ensure job evaluation is ethical in terms of value attached and tasks identified
  • Ensure suggestions are founded in benchmarking and or theory
