The organization is seeking feedback on the job description and job evaluation used to recruit one of the  positions within the organization. 

Position: Clinical Manager 

1. Introduction to the organization and position identified (Clinical Manager) 

• Who are Oz Care?
• What is their mission?
• What do they do?
• What is the main purpose of this position?
• Identify essential duties
• Task complexity
• Do they work in a team or manage a team?
• What are the reporting lines 
• Scope of Accountability
• What qualifications, specific skills, and experience required

2. Identify any issues of concern in the Job Description

• Identify anomalies
• Evaluate language used
• Risk factors
• Identify changes require

3. Determine if competencies are required to reflect the overall sector

• Research and identify the integrity of job evaluation across the sector
• Ensure reality is reflected in the expectations
  • Working conditions

4. Align the tasks of the Job Description to the Job Evaluation

• Benchmark Key result areas appropriate to responsibilities and outcomes
• Benchmark Salary range across the sector
• Search and apply findings to J0b Evaluation of the position

5. Determine the most effective Professional Development

• Ensure job evaluation is ethical in terms of value attached and tasks identified
• Ensure suggestions are founded in benchmarking and or theory
