1. Download and open the IHE QRPH Clinical Research Document (CRD) Profile https://www.ihe.net/uploadedFiles/Documents/QRPH/IHE_QRPH_Suppl_CRD.pdf

2. Read Volume 1 of the CRD profile and answer the following questions:
