Then do the following written work.

1. It introduces the topic of the integration of human resources. What is the integration process?

2. Then, answer the following questions with a minimum of 5 complete sentences for each:

Recruitment and selection

  • It explains what the recruitment process and the selection process of human resources consists of.
  • What is the induction process and how does it help in the process of integrating human resources into the company?

  • Define in your own words what training is. How are an employee's training needs determined?
  • Detail a training method that you understand is best for training a group of employees for a warehouse. Explain why you think it is.

Performance evaluation

  • Define what performance appraisal consists of.

Compensation and diversity

  • Define in your own words the concept of compensation.
