• It explains what the recruitment process and the selection process of human resources consists of.
• What is the induction process and how does it help in the process of integrating human resources into the company?

Training

• Define in your own words what training is. How are an employee's training needs determined?
• Detail a training method that you understand is best for training a group of employees for a warehouse. Explain why you think it is.

Performance evaluation

• Define what performance appraisal consists of.
• Explain in your own words what the 360-degree evaluation consists of.

Compensation and diversity

• Define in your own words the concept of compensation.
• Explain in your own words the concept of diversity. What is a manager's responsibility on diversity? Give an example.
