  1. Select a firm that you want to represent. - THE FIRM IS AMAZON
  2. Briefly introduce your firm with their demographic information (e.g., their nationality, headquarter, founder/CEO, key products/services, etc.).
  3. Introduce your firm's marketing environments.
  4. Present at least one component(s) of their "immediate" environment among company (capabilities), competitors, physical environment and corporate partners.
  5. Present at least one component(s) of their "macro" environment among demographics, political/legal, economic, social, culture and technology.
  6. Introduce your firm's marketing planning based on a SWOT analysis.
  7. I limit marketing planning here to a situation analysis only. So, do a SWOT analysis.
  8. Present at least two examples of your firm's strengths and weaknesses.
  9. Present at least two examples of external opportunities and threats surrounding your firm.
  10. Do NOT forget to add the table (i.e., the two by two matrix) of your SWOT analysis into your final paper.
  11. Introduce your firm's marketing strategies based on your firm's STP strategy with your firm's marketing mix.
  12. Present at least two of the 4Ps (i.e., product, price, place and promotion) when you introduce your firm's segmentation, targeting and positioning strategy.
