Submit an essay, in your own words, explaining the difference between operating under Part 107 and operating with a Part 107 waiver. Do not discuss model aircraft and RC flying but instead, focus upon the commercial application of a sUAS operation with respect to Part 107.

Your essay should address what a Certificate of Authorization is, what a 107 Exemption is, and what a Special Airworthiness Certificate is. Your essay should follow APA Format and contain a title page, main body, and a reference page. The main body should be three pages long minimum.
