1) TCI, a software company in California, was recently sued by two applicants who claimed that they were discriminated against in the interview process. TCI recruiter, Mr. Black, is the only interviewer for applicants.
During the interview TCI asked applicants the following questions:

6) What are your hobbies?
7) Have you ever been arrested for drunk driving?
In addition, applicants were asked personal information regarding self, family and residence to make sure that the applicant would fit into the work culture. Also, TCI asked applicants about disability and financial status to make sure that all applicants were physically able to do the job.
