"Mr. Lawrence presents to the dermatologist with a complaint of dermatitis. Upon examination, Dr. Gerardi notices that the itching is localized to skin in between the fingers. Mr. Lawrence states that the itching started three days ago, and has been getting worse. Dr. Gerardi diagnoses the condition as scabies, and prescribes a scabicide for Mr. Lawrence . Mr. Lawrence is instructed to use the scabicide as directed, and return if the condition does not improve."
