Advertisers monitor the amount of traffic specific users generate as well as how many visitors repeatedly return to certain YouTube channels. From a random sample of 1200 viewers for a particular channel, 897 were repeat viewers (as in they had visited the channel at least one point prior to the current visit that was sampled). Construct and interpret the 96% confidence interval for repeat viewers.
