COVID-19 has changed the world of work dramatically. Organizations have had to reimagine the way they do business to accommodate the "new normal." While some of these changes are temporary, mirroring the short-term concerns related to coronavirus-many of the changes made by businesses during the crisis could have long-term and/or permanent effects on how we work.

Please answer the following questions:

1. Which work activities, processes, or policies do you think will return to "normal" once the concerns of the global pandemic lessen and why?

2. Which work activities, processes, or policies do you believe will be permanently altered in the aftermath of COVID-19 and why?

3. In what ways do you believe the coronavirus has changed the way people approach finding jobs and internships?

4. If you were looking for employment or an internship in the current work environment, what might you do differently with your job application materials and interview preparation to set yourself apart from other candidates?
