As a loyalty system, it uses the Oracle Siebel customer relationship management (CRM) technology, which is integrated with the Oracle ERP platform.
With a combination of transactional, analytical, and interaction features, Siebel, which is available as an on-premises and on-demand service, allows merchants to manage all customer-facing activities.
