Criminal justice

Criminal justice is the justice given to a criminal or a lawbreaker when proven guilty by the court. When a criminal is judged guilty, some punishment is surpassed to them. Criminal justice system consists of three primary arms the law enforcer including the policemen and other law enforcement organizations (2019). The criminal justice system has a mandate of catching, rehabilitating, and endorsing punishments to lawbreakers.

Main Study Goal

The criminal justice system has the main aim and objective goals to achieve in ensuring that everyone has been given a transparent justice with no favoritism.

Rehabilitating offenders is a goal in criminal justice that's its main objective is to equip the offenders with good moral behaviors and also equip them with day to day skills that will help them earn a living once their jail term is over(2019). Ensure fair judgment is good that court much looks upon in ensuring that justice is awarded fairly and with transparency to the lawbreakers. Law and order enforcement is much achieved by establishing a well-laid justice system and implementing laws and policies together with subjected punishments to lawbreakers. Full justice accorded where the court ensures that both sides in a court hearing are awarded a transparent sentence with no favoritism.

Advantages and Disadvantages

Wealth advantage is a demerit in the courts today, where those who are wealthy enough can bride the judges and judgments is awarded to them linguistically(2019). Dependency on a pre-justice bargain this is a demerit facing courts today in where people can bargain and exchange justice with money("The Advantages & Disadvantages of the Criminal Justice System," 2019). Research methodology injustice system is Ethnography a method of research used to collect qualitative data from a social group. Qualitative observation is used to collect date from comment and, the information is recorded.

International relations

This is the study of how law, politics, and economics are linked on the global level. The global affairs entail a different mode of academic program or area of political science with distinct courses with different guidelines ("International Relation Study - ZapMeta Search Results," 2019). International relations is widely covered through the global links created by domestic corporations, global nongovernmental organizations, multinational corporations, and global institutions, among others.

International relations aim to promote mutual relationship both economically and socially. Another goal is to promote mutual interdependence in dealing with security challenges as well as opening investment opportunities. There are various research methods used in international relations("International Relation Study - ZapMeta Search Results", 2019). The aim of conducting research is to obtain data which is then analyzed to provide information regarding the future performance of a particular aspect.

Research Design

The most common methods of research include surveys and experiments. This is usually done by formulating survey questions and approaching the target audience. Experiments are done by taking samples and working them out.

Other research methods include case reviews and comparative studies, historical or content analysis, direct observation, as well as interviewing. International relations promotes cultural exchange and economic growth in addition to enhancing peace and security of the member countries("Research Methods for International Relations Practitioners » Strom Thacker | Boston University," 2019) and on the other hand, opening a county's economy results to unhealthy competition in the global markets, loss of a country's culture and also lack of full control of the country's resources.
