Reflect on each of these course topics.

For this final essay, you will create a proposal to examine an IHRM issue.  Select a fictitious or real organization and a specific fictitious or real IHRM issue within the organization. You are not actually conducting the research study, you are creating a proposal to study, measure and explore a specific IHRM in an organization.  You can closely follow any of the research articles presented in the course, but you must identify your own unique IHRM issue to explore, measure and study.  The final paper should include:

  • Introduction
    • In the introduction, include your unique definition of IHRM.
    • Describe how the seven course topics are interrelated and significant for IHRM.
  • Literature Review
    • The literature review can include course readings.
    • Include at least five articles that describe the IHRM issue to be explored.
  • Hypothesis
    • State a clear and distinct hypothesis that will be explored.
  • Methodology
  • Procedures
    • Specifically state measurement process.
  • Expected Outcomes
    • The actual research will not be conducted, but you can state expected outcomes based on your work experience and course content.
  • Conclusion
  • References
