  1. Choose a product or service that exists in the country you live in.: Product will be Pharmaceutical Drugs.
  2. Define the product/service with a value proposition or USP.: Delineate the product/service definitions. Understand the need /want the product/service is going to serve.
  3. Target Country's Market's PESTN model: PESTN is Political, Economic, Social, Technological, and Natural environments.
  4. Barriers to Entry in the target market: Must discuss the entry barriers-economic, political, etc. The barriers could be financial or political or more. Delineate the barriers and see the possibility of how to overcome them.
  5. Product modifications/ differentiations required.: What changes do you expect in the product/services that you are wanting to launch in the target market? You need to evaluate how much product/service modification is required in the new market, it may add/lead to differentiations and some strategic advantages.
  6. Resources required - material, human and financial, for success.: List the different resources that you will need for market entry. The resources will be required in a changing market scape. You may need to list them and evaluate
  7. Competition Scan, including points of competition: You need to demonstrate a good understanding of the competition in the target market including product/service substitutes.
  8. Public policy, Government regulations, incentives, etc.: Do you think this would affect your business prospects given that you are working in a different PESTN environment?
  9. Production details: How do you propose to do the production of the product or service
  10. Packaging: Describe this, in view of the product and cultural aspects. The packaging aspects may need modifications due to language and cultural aspects.
  11. Distribution: It is unique to each country/culture and is also changing due to the internet. Discuss this with details and justification
  12. Promotion: This also changes fast, discuss this with respect to new aspects including the internet if relevant.
