International business depends upon the dominant religion, social structure, and educational system of a country. Suppose a US-based company needs to understand the country “P” before setting a project there. If the dominant religion doesn’t permit to eat fish, marketing of frozen fish items is not possible there. If the social structure of the country has joint-family tradition, old-aged home facility might not be successful there. If the education system is poor there, getting skilled labor might be difficult. System: The country should set a system called culture, based on religion, social structure, and education of the country. Suppose the Indian culture is secularism, traditional, and educated. If a foreign company wants to set a unit there, it has to keep in mind the above culture for smooth running.
