Digital Strategy Project Report
Digital strategy for "(IGA) Independent Grocers Alliance\ Australia" for enhancing Customer Experience.
The report shall include but not limited to the following
1. Introduction: brief background to the organisation; processes used to conduct the project and the scope of the project (e.g. customer experience, digital products).
2. Digital strategic analysis: analysis of the current internal and external state of the business and its IT.
3. Defining digital strategic objectives and actions: articulate the digital strategic objectives to define a desired situation (you must demonstrate how you have used the findings of your analysis and apply relevant frameworks taught in the class). For each digital strategic objective, identify a set of strategic actions and recommendations. Your objectives/actions should link to your strategic analysis.
4. Digital strategy implementation: How will you go about implementing the digital strategy and implementing a digital mindset? What are the key implementation issues and how do you intend to handle them?
5. Evaluation: how would you go evaluating the success of your digital strategy? What measures will you use? (These should be consistent with your strategic analysis and objectives/actions).
6. Reference. This can include both academic reference and other materials such as websites, company documents. If applicable you can include a list of people (can use pseudo-name) consulted including their job title, and personal correspondences that you have used to complete the interim report. The evidences should be cited in appropriate places in your report.
7. Appendix (if applicable).
