Leisha is working at the back office helping as receptionist for Mary who is currently on sick leave. As Leisha starts the day as receptionist, she kept in mind that internal and external customer satisfaction relies a great deal on prompt response to requests.

  • Courier the documents I put in your in-tray over to Davies & Davies by 11:00 am please. (Hugh)
  • I need to leave early tonight. Can you reschedule my 4:30 pm appointment to early next week? (Mariel)
  • Can you make sure those invoices are ready to go out tomorrow? (Hugh)
