Not assignment question
NL University is concerned on the service of its out-sourced catering service, namely speaking, the student canteen. The catering committee is reviewing the services provided by the contractor. The contract of the exiting contractor is to be renewed next year. The committee is gathering information concerning the service criteria to be included in the new contract. The information acquired may be used to help select a catering company from a list of potential catering service providers (including the existing one). (d) Design the questionnaire with the following format.
Part A - 5 questions on personal information.
Part B - 5 questions on the target information. Note that these questions should be targeted to achieve the goal that was identified in (a).
(Important: in addition to the questions, answers for selection by the respondents are also expected.)
