From this theme it would be ideal to dicussed around widely popular TV series "The Wire". This I say so because it is centered around Blacks and Whites population in City of Baltimore, Maryland and the related complexicites of dealing with needs of the population and maintaining Law and Order.

In this plot centerd arund Drug trade, we see how there have been a border between blacks and whites leading to status of have and have nots. It can be reflected upon how all this have led to contact gap being increased between the two communities/races. We also see that how in this black dominated city, a corrupt police general "Burrels" could not be fired from job to maintain people sensetiveness. Also we see how drug load "Barksdale" happend to build his empire by exploiting this. We also see stricing that how a potential mayor candidate "Carcetti" is not suited for posted because he is white despite being far ahead of other candidates in contention, in terms of value base.
