Nov 24. Ver 1. Intentional Leadership Observation.
- Search and select a 60 min or 90 min setting to observe leadership ( such as an athletic event such as baseball, football, basketball, soccer game where you can observe and watch the coach(es), or a televised meeting (e.g. CSPAN, televised township meeting, etc)
- Using learning from the text, articles, and/or your own research, BEFORE WATCHING THE MEETING, list and define the leadership behaviors you expect to see during the observation on the form provided. Attend the meeting, observe and take notes using the observation form. It should be detailed and list the behaviors you see in 15-minute intervals.

a) Your reflection should summarize your experience, identify what you saw, as well as what you expected to see but did not see.
b) What leadership behaviors, traits, theories did you witness? Be sure to provide proper APA citing/references.
c) Discuss the leadership behaviors that were effective and those that were not along with a detailed explanation as to what you think could have been done differently or better as the leader?
d) Indicated which leadership behavior(s) you will incorporate into your personal leadership style and which you will not.
