For this discussion explain how you are able to see in three dimensions. What do you look for? If you can't see in three dimensions what could you do to code an image so you could get a sense of depth. For instance what could you do with a radial velocity picture of an nebula or a intensity diagram from a radio telescope image? Could you map an image somehow to bring out a perception of depth?
