At times the most difficulty occurs when communication lines do not reach the intended party. At time, if you notice within each of our line of work, we get included into communication lines for reasons of the main topics that we might be addressing, but, at the same time, we might run across information that might be of use to someone that might not be copied on that email or documentation correspondence.
If we ignore such informational connection by just focusing on the main topic, the intended person for the complimentary information will eventually receive it, but after a certain period of time.
However, if we do relay the information to the person at that moment, then there will be better time efficiency for the whole organization, just because that person will be able to pro-act sooner.
But in such situations, do Politics and Power play an important role with communication barriers?
