Research and identify ICT industry standards relevant to code of ethics, including typical procedures for review and grievance procedures relevant to ethics breaches.

4. Questions
Develop at least 10 questions that assess understanding of intellectual property/copyright, privacy and ethics and appropriate work practices.Incorporate questions that include specific issues, for example, what would you do if....?
