Organizational behavior is driven by leaders making decisions influenced by their personal values. Therefore, values factor into the functions of management in leading, controlling, planning, and organizing. Being aware of and alert to the values of others in the organization also allows the leader to influence behavior and motivate employees. In this assignment, we will evaluate how our personal values integrate with our work.
