Coursework Tasks

This assessment will provide the student an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge acquired through a written discussion around the relevant topics required. A written report is required based on the tasks and scenarios given below. Gather and research information from varied scholarly references to provide the required substantial output. Follow the appropriate Harvard referencing system to acknowledge the sources of information gathered.

Prelude:
Through COVID 19 a ‘new normal' required everybody to abide the ‘lockdown'. This has changed the organisation's HR procedures and administration. The recruitment department specifically, is finding ways to pull top talents or applicants and implement the need for digitised hiring while continuing the business during COVID 19; where scarcity of human resources is observe.

Scenario:
Assume that you are the head of Recruitment Department in a healthcare industry. Your organisation is one of the prominent retailer/distributor of healthcare products. Due to pandemic, there is a shortage of staff to be assigned in customer service section of the nation-wide outlets in Oman. The Council of Heads in your organisation required you to create a ‘Digitised Recruitment Guideline'. It will be subject for approval in the next council's meeting. Therefore, you need to submit a write-up prior to the next meeting's session, with the following hiring mechanics and guidelines:

Title: Digitised Recruitment Guideline
I. Introduction: (200 words)

III. Synopsis (100 words)
o Should include the illustrative and customised flow-chart that is clear, convincing and well-designed
