Integration of diverse human resources

Specific strategies and tools that you would use as a leader to effectively manage diversity in an agricultural transportation and distribution company. To develop the outline, must choose and create strategies to ensure the inclusion of at least four of the groups studied in the course: diversity by ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, gender, functional diversity, religious group, generations and social classes.

Identify at least two strategies and a tool for the inclusion and fair and equal treatment of each selected group for the following stages of the human resources process: recruitment, selection, training programs and induction and compensation. Develop a conclusion where you justify the use of the strategies presented.
