Integrating Christian faith into business culture: It can be a challenge integrating biblical values into a workplace. However, combining sacred values into the workplace has us desire for a high standard of ethical and moral behavior. And, we become prepared to interact wholeheartedly with employees and stakeholders. We are commanded to love our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:30-31) and to be the salt and light of the world (Matthew 5:13-16). How can we look for ways to live out our faith in our business? Values should be at the core of our business operations. Every business has to acknowledge and develop their values. In order to live out our faith-based beliefs, organizations must assess if their mission and purpose forms their spiritual values and principles. Also, they continue to check how they integrate their religious identity through operational practices. Ultimately, how do religious beliefs drive the differences in organizational culture?
